Joe Rosen received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 1999. Joe was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. He was later admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2004.

In prior firms, Joe worked mainly as a transactional lawyer in the areas of corporate, homeowner’s and condominium association law. Firm clients included businesses and community associations. In 2010, Joe opened up a private practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Joe’s law practice mainly focuses on business transactions, incorporation, non-profits, and insurance claims.

Among other things, Joe has incorporated numerous businesses over the years for medical practitioners, physical therapists, attorneys, real estate agents and a variety of generic for-profit companies.

In addition, Joe has set up many different charitable non-profit organizations for clients all over Florida and the USA. These organizations have included, but are not limited to, churches, synagogues, religious ministries, horse therapy, scholarship foundations, animal rescue operations, arts and music societies, and food shelters.

Joe has also successfully represented dozens of claimants who were denied insurance benefits from their carriers. Often times, Joe’s clients had been fighting “tooth and nail” with their carriers for many years prior to his involvement. Joe takes a practical, common sense approach to resolving insurance disputes. In many cases, he has been able to establish good working relationships with a variety of carriers, thus bettering the chance of resolving the claim in favor of his clients.

Our Firm looks forward to representing you.
